Season 1 Halfway Recap
The spiritual muscle, the Kundalini energy, and living as an energy being takes dedication, discipline and patience. Just like seeing the results from cardio or strength training, you will have shifts in mind and spirit when you awaken parts of yourself with an open heart and mind. That was my intention behind the release of my podcast, All About You. It was YOU I had in mind. Wanting to share the tools and resources that have helped me make that shift. There is no fast pass to self-actualization, however, you CAN welcome that awareness into your life, similarly to the psychologist Abraham Maslow. In Maslow’s pyramid of growth, he discusses the difference between needs and basic needs. Here are a bit of his studies regarding this path: be conscious of how you perceive your intentions and goals to live the best version of you. 1. Get to know your core strengths 2. Learn how to stay in your center 3. Craft a personal vision of the person you are becoming 4. Construct a basic personal development plan. 5.
